यह नीति बताती है कि GPS Map Camera Pro app कैमरा, लोकेशन, फोटो/वीडियो, मैप, स्थानीय storage और आपके कहने पर Google Drive backup को कैसे संभालता है।
संक्षेप में
App फोटो/वीडियो बनाने और stamp दिखाने के लिए camera तथा, अनुमति मिलने पर, location का उपयोग करता है। आपकी captures, app settings, saved locations, templates और media विवरण इस device पर रखे जाते हैं। App का अपना user account या ऐसा server नहीं है जहाँ हम आपकी photos/videos या GPS history जमा करें; app के जरिए संभाली गई आपकी media को हम बेचते या किराये पर नहीं देते। Google Maps/address lookup और आपके द्वारा शुरू किए गए Drive upload में संबंधित जानकारी Google/डिवाइस की सेवाओं तक जा सकती है।
1. यह नीति किन सेवाओं पर लागू है
यह नीति GPS Map Camera Pro Android app और app के data handling पर लागू है। इस नीति का जिम्मेदार app publisher/developer GPS Map Camera Pro के नाम से पहचाना गया है। Privacy संबंधी प्रश्नों के लिए नीचे दिए email या phone पर संपर्क करें।

2. App किन जानकारी/अनुमतियों का उपयोग करता है
- Camera: आपके निर्देश पर फोटो लेने और वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए।
- Microphone: Silent Video बंद होने पर वीडियो में आवाज़ रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए।
- Location: Camera/map उपयोग के समय GPS coordinates, अनुमानित accuracy और fix time लेने, stamp में स्थान दिखाने और map pin लगाने के लिए। App background में location tracking नहीं करता।
- Photos और videos / media: Gallery में media देखने, चुनी हुई file को process/share/export/delete करने और आपके शुरू किए Drive backup के लिए। Android का version तय करता है कि कौन-सा permission dialog दिखेगा।
- Media location/EXIF: आपके चुने विकल्प और अनुमति के अनुसार photo की GPS metadata पढ़ने या stamped photo के EXIF में GPS लिखने के लिए।
- आपके द्वारा भरी जानकारी: stamp note/custom name, saved-location labels और चुनी हुई stamp/template settings। इन्हें photo/video में दिखाया या उनके स्थानीय record में रखा जा सकता है।
यदि आप अनुमति नहीं देते या बाद में Android Settings में बंद करते हैं, उससे जुड़ी सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। आप system settings में permissions बदल सकते हैं।
3. जानकारी कहाँ और कितने समय रखी जाती है
App की local database में settings, saved locations (नाम/पता/coordinates), templates, media index और capture details रखे जा सकते हैं। Capture details में filename, capture समय, photo/video का प्रकार, original या stamped copy, GPS coordinates/accuracy/fix time, address, Plus Code, time zone, note, camera और video duration शामिल हो सकते हैं। Backup queue में चुनी हुई media की पहचान और upload स्थिति रखी जाती है।
Photos और videos आपकी save settings के अनुसार Android Gallery/media storage में रखे जाते हैं। Reports app के documents क्षेत्र में रखे जा सकते हैं। ये जानकारी device पर तब तक रहती है जब तक आप app की संबंधित सुविधा से हटाएँ, Android app data clear करें या app uninstall करें। Gallery में रखी photos/videos uninstall के बाद भी device पर रह सकती हैं; उन्हें Gallery से अलग हटाएँ। Temporary processing files सामान्यतः process के हिस्से के रूप में साफ़ की जाती हैं।
App कोई developer-operated media/account server नहीं चलाता और app source में वर्तमान में advertising, analytics या crash-reporting SDK शामिल नहीं है। Android/Google की built-in services फिर भी अपने products की शर्तों और आपके account/device settings के अनुसार technical data process कर सकती हैं।
4. Google Maps और पता खोज
Map/satellite imagery दिखाने के लिए app Google Maps Platform SDK उपयोग करता है। Map का क्षेत्र या pin दिखाने के लिए आवश्यक location/map request data Google तक पहुँच सकता है। पता और postal PIN के लिए Android geocoding service को coordinates दिए जाते हैं; Android/device configuration के अनुसार geocoding provider उन्हें process कर सकता है। PIN/address हर स्थान पर उपलब्ध होने की गारंटी नहीं है।

5. वैकल्पिक Google Drive backup और sign-in
Drive backup केवल तब उपयोग होता है जब आप Google account चुनकर Drive अनुमति देते हैं और Back up now दबाकर upload शुरू करते हैं। नए captures backup setting चालू रहने पर स्थानीय queue में जुड़ सकते हैं; background auto-upload उपलब्ध नहीं है। App Google OAuth और सीमित drive.file scope का उपयोग करता है। App इस backup के लिए आपकी चुनी हुई local media को Drive पर नई files के रूप में बनाता है; यह पूरे Drive की सामान्य browsing की अनुमति नहीं है। Google का यह scope app द्वारा बनाई गई या Google के file-sharing/opening flow से app को दी गई Drive files तक सीमित है।
Backup के समय चुनी गई photo/video file की सामग्री और filename आपके Google Drive account पर भेजी जाती है। उसमें पहले से मौजूद stamp, GPS/EXIF और note भी file का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं। Upload के लिए उपयोग होने वाला Google authorization token app द्वारा Google API से अनुरोध करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है; app publisher को आपका Google password नहीं मिलता और app का अपना server token या media store नहीं करता।
वर्तमान app setup में uploaded files आपके Drive के मुख्य स्थान (root) में रखी जाती हैं। Backup queue खोलकर upload retry कर सकते हैं या app में Google account disconnect कर सकते हैं। Disconnect करने से पहले से upload हुई files अपने आप नहीं हटतीं; उन्हें Drive में अलग से हटाएँ। Google account की app access को Google Account settings से भी revoke किया जा सकता है।
Google sign-in और Drive पर Google की अपनी Privacy Policy तथा Drive Terms लागू होती हैं।
6. Sharing, email और export
Photo/video/report share या export करने पर Android का system share/export flow उपयोग होता है। Share destination या email app आप चुनते हैं; app आपकी ओर से स्वतः सार्वजनिक पोस्ट या email नहीं भेजता। चुनी गई file पाने वाले app/person की अपनी privacy practices लागू होंगी। Share करने से पहले stamp, filename और EXIF जाँच लें—वे सटीक location या आपके note को उजागर कर सकते हैं।
7. आपकी पसंद, हटाना और access revoke करना
- Android Settings में camera, microphone, location और media permissions देख/बदल सकते हैं।
- Stamp settings में fields, GPS EXIF और original/stamped save options बदलें; note/custom text हटाएँ या संशोधित करें।
- Saved location, template, report या Gallery media को app की संबंधित screen से हटाएँ। Gallery से media हटाने की पुष्टि Android माँग सकता है।
- Drive backup बंद करें या app से account disconnect करें। पहले से upload files और Google account के data को Google Drive/Google Account में अलग प्रबंधित करें।
- App data clear या uninstall करने से app की local database/settings हट सकती हैं। Gallery media और Drive uploads अलग जगह बची रह सकती हैं।
हमारी support email पर privacy प्रश्न या data-handling अनुरोध भेजें। App का अपना server/account नहीं होने के कारण हम device पर स्थानीय रूप से रखी files को दूर से देख या delete नहीं कर सकते; उन्हें ऊपर बताए गए controls से अपने device/Drive में हटाएँ।
8. Support से संपर्क करने पर
यदि आप email या phone से सहायता माँगते हैं, तो आपका address/number और message में दी जानकारी हमें प्राप्त होगी। हम उसका उपयोग आपके सवाल का उत्तर देने और समस्या समझने के लिए करते हैं। कृपया password, Google verification code या OAuth secret न भेजें; निजी photo/location केवल तभी भेजें जब सहायता के लिए आवश्यक हो। आपका email/telecom provider भी अपने terms के अनुसार संदेश और call details process कर सकता है।
9. सुरक्षा और third-party सेवाएँ
App Android की permissions और device storage का उपयोग करता है। Google APIs को भेजे जाने वाले app network requests HTTPS का उपयोग करते हैं। हम आपके device की local database या Gallery files के लिए अलग cloud encryption/backup service का दावा नहीं करते। अपने फोन पर screen lock लगाएँ और location stamp वाली files को सोच-समझकर share करें। कोई भी digital storage या transmission तरीका पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं देता।
10. बच्चों की गोपनीयता
App को विशेष रूप से बच्चों के लिए बनाया हुआ app नहीं बताया जाता और इसमें बच्चों के लिए अलग online account नहीं है। माता-पिता/अभिभावक बच्चों की photos, videos और precise location साझा करने से पहले सावधानी बरतें। यदि आपको लगता है कि किसी बच्चे की जानकारी support channel को भेजी गई है, तो हमसे संपर्क करें ताकि उचित कदम पर बात की जा सके।
11. इस नीति में बदलाव और संपर्क

Summary
The app uses the camera and, with permission, location to create photos/videos and location stamps. Captures, app settings, saved places, templates and media records are stored on your device. The app does not operate its own user-account or media server and does not sell or rent your media handled through the app. Relevant data may be processed by Google/Android services when you use Maps or address lookup, and by Google Drive only when you authorize and start a backup.
1. Scope and app operator
This policy applies to the GPS Map Camera Pro Android app and its data handling. The app is identified by its exact name. For privacy questions, contact the support details below. This page may be hosted on bihardainik.in; website hosting, WordPress, cookies or server logs are outside this app policy. For website browsing, see Bihar Dainik’s website privacy policy.
2. Permissions and information used
- Camera: to take photos and record videos when you request it.
- Microphone: to record video audio when Silent Video is off.
- Location: while using camera or map features, to obtain GPS coordinates, accuracy and fix time, show a stamp and place a map pin. The app does not track location in the background.
- Photos, videos and media location: to browse media, read location metadata when permitted, process, share, export, delete, and upload media you select for Drive backup.
- Information you enter: stamp notes/custom names, saved-place labels and stamp/template settings. These may appear on media or in local records.
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Related features will then be unavailable or limited.
3. Local storage and retention
The local database may contain settings, saved-place labels/addresses/coordinates, templates, media indexes, backup queue status, and capture details such as filename, capture time, media type, original/stamped role, coordinates, accuracy, fix time, address, Plus Code, time zone, note, camera and video duration. Photos and videos are saved to Android media storage according to your settings. Generated reports may be saved in app documents.
Local data remains until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall the app. Gallery media may remain after uninstall and must be deleted separately. The current app source does not include an advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Android/Google built-in services may still process technical data under their own terms and your device/account settings.
4. Google Maps and address lookup
The app uses Google Maps Platform SDK for maps/satellite imagery. Data needed to display the requested map area or pin may be sent to Google. Android geocoding receives coordinates to look up an address/postal code and may process them through the provider configured on the device. Address and postal-code availability is not guaranteed.
5. Optional Google Drive backup and sign-in
Drive backup occurs only after you choose a Google account, grant Drive authorization and press Back up now. New captures may be added to a local queue when the backup setting is enabled; background auto-upload is not available. The app requests the limited drive.file scope. For backup, your selected local media is created as new files in Drive; this is not general browsing access to your entire Drive. Google’s scope is limited to files created by the app or shared/opened with it through Google’s file flows.
The selected photo/video file and filename are uploaded. The file may contain its existing visible stamp, note or GPS/EXIF data. The app uses a Google authorization token to call Google APIs; the app publisher does not receive your Google password, and the app does not operate a server that stores the token or media. Files currently upload to the root of your Drive. Disconnecting the account does not delete files already uploaded; delete those separately in Drive. You can also revoke app access from your Google Account.
Google’s Privacy Policy and Drive Terms apply to Google sign-in and Drive.
6. Sharing and export
Sharing/export uses Android’s system flow. You choose the destination; the app does not independently publish or email files. The recipient’s practices apply after you share. Check the visible stamp, filename and EXIF before sharing because they may reveal precise location or notes.
7. Your choices and deletion
Change Android permissions; edit stamp fields/notes and EXIF settings; delete saved places, templates, reports or Gallery media in their respective screens; disable backup or disconnect Google; and clear app data or uninstall. Gallery files and Drive copies can remain separately. Because the app has no operator-run account/server, we cannot remotely inspect or delete files stored only on your device. 8. Support requests
If you contact support by email or phone, we receive your address/number and the information in your message to answer your question and understand the issue. Do not send passwords, Google verification codes or OAuth secrets; send private photos/location only if needed for support. Your email/telecom provider may also process messages or call details under its terms.
9. Security and third parties
The app uses Android permissions and device storage. App requests to Google APIs use HTTPS. We do not claim separate cloud encryption or backup for the local database or Gallery files. Protect your device and consider location information before sharing. No digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children
The app is not specifically presented as an app for children and does not provide a separate online account for children. Parents/guardians should take care before sharing a child’s photo, video or precise location. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was sent through a support channel.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if app data handling or applicable requirements change. The revised text and effective date will appear on this page.
