ये शर्तें GPS Map Camera Pro app के उपयोग से जुड़ी हैं। App इस्तेमाल करने से पहले इन्हें और गोपनीयता नीति को पढ़ें।
जरूरी सूचना
GPS, reverse-geocoded पता, PIN, satellite map और capture समय device, network और third-party services पर निर्भर हैं। App से बने stamp, report या location को survey, navigation, emergency response, सरकारी प्रमाणपत्र या स्वतंत्र रूप से सत्यापित legal evidence न मानें। महत्वपूर्ण उपयोग से पहले जानकारी स्वयं जाँचें।
1. शर्तों का दायरा
ये शर्तें GPS Map Camera Pro Android app और उसकी camera, location stamp, gallery, templates, reports, maps तथा वैकल्पिक Google Drive backup सुविधाओं पर लागू हैं। किसी सुविधा का उपयोग करने से पहले संबंधित अनुमति और चुनी हुई settings जाँचें। App डाउनलोड या उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। सहमत न हों तो app का उपयोग बंद करें और जरूरत पर उसे uninstall करें।
2. अनुमति और जिम्मेदार उपयोग
- Camera, microphone, location और media permissions केवल संबंधित सुविधाओं के लिए माँगी जाती हैं। इन्हें Android Settings से बदला जा सकता है; अनुमति न होने पर संबंधित सुविधा सीमित हो सकती है।
- App का उपयोग लागू कानून, दूसरे लोगों के अधिकार, निजी संपत्ति, सुरक्षा और गोपनीयता का सम्मान करते हुए करें।
- किसी व्यक्ति की photo/video या precise location capture अथवा share करने से पहले आवश्यक अनुमति/सहमति लेना और स्थानीय नियमों का पालन करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
- App का उपयोग गैरकानूनी निगरानी, उत्पीड़न, धोखाधड़ी, किसी की निजता का उल्लंघन, या ऐसे content के लिए न करें जिसे साझा करने का अधिकार आपके पास नहीं है।
3. GPS, पता और stamp की सीमाएँ
GPS accuracy और fix time indoor/outdoor स्थिति, device hardware, Android settings, network और मौसम/पर्यावरणीय अवरोधों से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। Address, district और postal PIN reverse geocoding से आते हैं; हर स्थान पर पूरा या सही पता उपलब्ध होने की गारंटी नहीं है। Stamp में दिखने वाला समय device clock/time zone पर आधारित हो सकता है।
Capture से पहले preview, location fix और accuracy जाँचें। App stale या unavailable fix पर location छिपा सकता है। किसी खास जगह, pin, district, PIN, date/time या image attribution को app हर परिस्थिति में सही दिखाएगा—इसकी गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।
4. Photos, videos और आपके content के अधिकार
आप अपने द्वारा बनाए गए photos, videos, notes और reports के अधिकार अपने पास रखते हैं, कानून और तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों के अधीन। App publisher आपके निजी content का स्वामित्व नहीं लेता। App name, logo, interface, software और app में शामिल सामग्री अपने संबंधित अधिकारधारकों की संपत्ति है; कानून द्वारा अनुमति के बिना इन्हें copy, बेच, पुनर्वितरित या भ्रामक रूप से उपयोग न करें।
File में दिखाई देने वाला stamp और EXIF metadata अलग हो सकते हैं। Share/export से पहले जाँचें कि file में कौन-सा पता, location, note या अन्य metadata शामिल है। Social/networking apps share करते समय metadata बदल या हटा सकते हैं।
5. Google Maps, Android और अन्य third-party services
Maps/satellite imagery, geocoding, Android Gallery/media access, system sharing और Google sign-in/Drive कुछ सुविधाओं के लिए third-party services का उपयोग करते हैं। उन services का संचालन और उनकी उपलब्धता संबंधित provider की शर्तों और privacy policy के अधीन है। उनके outages, account restrictions, network, billing/quotas, API configuration या device compatibility के कारण सुविधाएँ अस्थायी या स्थायी रूप से सीमित हो सकती हैं।

6. Google Drive backup
Drive backup वैकल्पिक है। आप Google account चुनते हैं, Drive access authorize करते हैं और Back up now से upload शुरू करते हैं। Queue में शामिल media और उसका filename Google Drive पर upload होता है; file में मौजूद stamp, note और location metadata भी शामिल हो सकता है। नए captures queue किए जा सकते हैं, पर background auto-upload की गारंटी/सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है।
अपलोड पूरा होने, Google Drive storage/खाते की उपलब्धता, network failure या provider की कार्रवाई पर app publisher का नियंत्रण नहीं है। जरूरी files की दूसरी copy रखें। Local file delete करने, app uninstall करने या sign-out करने से Drive की copy अपने आप नहीं हटती। Drive में साझा करने की setting और uploaded file हटाने की जिम्मेदारी आपके Google account की है।
7. Disclaimer — सेवा की उपलब्धता और परिणाम
App “जैसा उपलब्ध है” उस आधार पर दिया जाता है। Camera quality, supported resolutions, GPS accuracy, address completeness, map imagery, file processing speed, export, report generation और backup परिणाम device, OS, network तथा third-party services के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं। App uninterrupted या error-free काम करेगा, कोई data loss नहीं होगा, या हर generated location/detail सही होगी—इसकी गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।
जहाँ लागू कानून अनुमति देता है, GPS Map Camera Pro के publisher किसी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदारी सीमित करते हैं। इन शर्तों से वे consumer या अन्य अधिकार समाप्त नहीं होते जिन्हें लागू कानून में छोड़ा नहीं जा सकता।
8. App में बदलाव और शर्तों का अद्यतन
App की सुविधाएँ, integrations और ये शर्तें समय के साथ बदली जा सकती हैं। संशोधित शर्तों और उनकी लागू तारीख को इस पेज पर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। नई शर्तें लागू होने के बाद app का उपयोग जारी रखने से आप अद्यतन शर्तों के अधीन होंगे, लागू कानून के अनुसार।

Important notice
GPS, reverse-geocoded addresses and postal codes, satellite maps and capture times depend on your device, network and third-party services. Do not treat an app stamp, report or location as a survey, navigation or emergency service, government certificate, or independently verified legal evidence. Verify information before relying on it for an important purpose.
1. Scope
These terms apply to GPS Map Camera Pro for Android and its camera, location stamp, gallery, templates, reports, maps and optional Google Drive backup. Review the relevant permissions and settings before using a feature. By using the app, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and, if appropriate, uninstall the app.
2. Permissions and responsible use
- Camera, microphone, location and media permissions are used for related features and can be changed in Android Settings.
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and respect other people’s rights, privacy, property and safety.
- You are responsible for obtaining required permission/consent before capturing or sharing another person’s image/video or precise location.
- Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, privacy violations or content you do not have the right to share.
3. GPS, address and stamp limitations
GPS accuracy and fix time can be affected by indoor/outdoor conditions, device hardware, Android settings, network and obstructions. Address, district and postal code depend on reverse geocoding and are not guaranteed for every place. Displayed time may depend on the device clock/time zone. Check the preview, location fix and accuracy before capture. The app may hide a stale or unavailable fix.
4. Photos, videos and your content
You retain rights in content you create, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. The app publisher does not claim ownership of your personal content. The app name, logo, interface, software and included materials belong to their respective rights holders. Check visible stamps and EXIF before sharing; they may reveal location or notes. A recipient or social app may change or remove metadata.
5. Third-party services
Maps/satellite imagery, geocoding, Android media access, system sharing, Google sign-in and Drive depend on third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Outages, account restrictions, network, quotas, API configuration or device compatibility may limit a feature.

6. Google Drive backup
Drive backup is optional. You choose a Google account, authorize Drive access and start uploads with Back up now. Queued media and its filename are uploaded; existing stamp, notes or location metadata may be included in the file. Captures may be queued, but background auto-upload is not available. Keep another copy of important files. Deleting a local file, uninstalling the app or disconnecting does not automatically delete a Drive copy.
7. Disclaimer and availability
The app is provided “as available.” Camera quality, supported resolutions, GPS accuracy, address completeness, map imagery, processing speed, export, reports and backups may vary by device, OS, network and third-party services. Continuous/error-free operation, no data loss and correctness of every location/detail are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app publisher limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
