GPS, address and stamp limitations<\/h2>\n<p>GPS accuracy and fix time can be affected by indoor\/outdoor conditions, device hardware, Android settings, network and obstructions. Address, district and postal code depend on reverse geocoding and are not guaranteed for every place. Displayed time may depend on the device clock\/time zone. Check the preview, location fix and accuracy before capture. The app may hide a stale or unavailable fix.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>4. Photos, videos and your content<\/h2>\n<p>You retain rights in content you create, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. The app publisher does not claim ownership of your personal content. The app name, logo, interface, software and included materials belong to their respective rights holders. Keep another copy of important files. Deleting a local file, uninstalling the app or disconnecting does not automatically delete a Drive copy.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>7. Scope<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to GPS Map Camera Pro for Android and its camera, location stamp, gallery, templates, reports, maps and optional Google Drive backup. Review the relevant permissions and settings before using a feature. By using the app, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, stop using and, if appropriate, uninstall the app.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>2. Permissions and responsible use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Camera, microphone, location and media permissions are used for related features and can be changed in Android Settings.<\/li>\n<li>Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and respect other people\u2019s rights, privacy, property and safety.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for obtaining required permission\/consent before capturing or sharing another person\u2019s image\/video or precise location.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, privacy violations or content you do not have the right to share.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>3. GPS, address and stamp limitations<\/h2>\n<p>GPS accuracy and fix time can be affected by indoor\/outdoor conditions, device hardware, Android settings, network and obstructions. Address, district and postal code depend on reverse geocoding and are not guaranteed for every place. Displayed time may depend on the device clock\/time zone. Check the preview, location fix and accuracy before capture. The app may hide a stale or unavailable fix.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>4. Photos, videos and your content<\/h2>\n<p>You retain rights in content you create, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. The app publisher does not claim ownership of your personal content. The app name, logo, interface, software and included materials belong to their respective rights holders. Check visible stamps and EXIF before sharing; they may reveal location or notes. A recipient or social app may change or remove metadata.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>5. Third-party services<\/h2>\n<p>Maps\/satellite imagery, geocoding, Android media access, system sharing, Google sign-in and Drive depend on third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Google Drive backup<\/h2>\n<p>Drive backup is optional. You choose a Google account, authorize Drive access and start uploads with Back up now. Queued media and its filename are uploaded; existing stamp, notes or location metadata may be included in the file. Captures may be queued, but background auto-upload is not available. Keep another copy of important files. Deleting a local file, uninstalling the app or disconnecting does not automatically delete a Drive copy.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>7. Disclaimer and availability<\/h2>\n<p>The app is provided \u201cas available.\u201d Camera quality, supported resolutions, GPS accuracy, address completeness, map imagery, processing speed, export, reports and backups may vary by device, OS, network and third-party services. Continuous\/error-free operation, no data loss and correctness of every location\/detail are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app publisher limits liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
